
Sony Ericsson Z610, unveiled today in London, is targeted at design conscious consumers that are looking for a handset that provides an advanced feature set yet still want look stylish when out and about.
Sony Ericsson Z610i supports features such as push email and an RSS news feed reader.
The Sony Ericsson Z610i boasts a 2 megapixel digital camera and a media player that supports MP3, AAC, AAC+, and eAAC+ music formats, as well as Bluetooth A2DP stereo headphones.
The Sony Ericsson Z610i has a 2″ 262k color TFD display with 220×176 pixel resolution on the inside, and a hidden OLED 128×36 pixel resolution display on the outside that provides information on inbound calls or messages, as well as the time. The Z610i’s 2 megapixel camera offers its users the option to either quickly upload photos to a Picture Blog application or store the photos on the included 64MB Memory Stick Micro (M2) memory card. Cards as large as 1GB in size can be used in the Sony Ericsson Z610i, which will hold approximately 2,800 two megapixel pictures.
The triband GSM device also supports UMTS, where available, for faster data connections, making downloading, browsing the internet, and reading RSS news feeds more convenient while on the go. The 110g (3.9oz) Sony Ericsson Z610i measures in at 95mm x 49mm x 20mm (3.7″ x 1.9″ x.8″).
